When you use Tinfoil you need to add "shops" to it which have all the games you can download from there The reason Incognito is recommended on Emummc is because it clears your serial number so when you connect to the internet, Nintendo can't ban you since they can't identify you with it, and thus you can use Tinfoil and the internet freely with less risk of a ban.
